Londa Beach -My Short Stay Experience!

Limassol, Limassol District, Cyprus
Perfect in Every way!
I spent 2 dreamy nights on a business trip at this amazing hotel once again . It is no coincidence that the esteemed World Travel Awards bestowed the Londa with the "Cyprus' Leading Boutique Hotel" and the "Cyprus' Leading Hotel" awards for the 10th consecutive year, testimony of its continued recognition of quality and personalized service.
The Londa is more than just a hotel Spa –besides tourists, people come from different parts of the island to indulge in week-long packages.
LOCATION: Blessed with spectacular views on the city’s most prime beachfront, the Londa is moments from buzzing Limassol, (3.5 miles east of the city centre) and close to the archaeological site of Amathus.
CHECK-IN/ SERVICE: High quality personalized service! Nice to be back and see familiar faces, members of the staff I have seen in other visits. From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic. Their friendliness seems genuine, and in general all personnel are well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile).
AMBIENCE: A second to none atmosphere! The aesthetically pleasing interior of fine taste throughout the building gives out a charm and a relaxing intimate ambience.
The majority of suites overlook the bay . Dominate colours, the white, beige and dark wood trim throughout in both the airy common areas and rooms, create cool and chic atmosphere.
ROOM: I had the Superior Side View suite #310. (My immaculate luxury apartment) as I dare call, with its contemporary Italian styling had detailed touches you hardly find elsewhere.
You come across them the moment you step in, but still keep having little surprises during your stay. Each room with its own character and all are styled with sophistication and attention to detail.
The suite had the required comfort to meet needs of extremely demanding guests .
Besides the bathroom there was a separate shower room, while the superb king-size bed preserved a state of constant serenity. Linens bright, spotless and fragrant.
Comfortable lounge area with a rotating TV consul but I never bothered switch it on while here.
Thankfully, the comfort of the suite helped my mind busy and happy and stopped me from thinking how very different the stay would have been if I had a Sea View instead!
Wi Fi was fast, and the complimentary treat was highly appreciated.
BEACH / POOL / SPA: A small patch of secluded sandy beach with a few loungers out there, and a fantastic pool area on the lovely terrace above . (Popular for barbeques and private dinners upon request).
The Spa on the other hand, is a sublime space for health and relaxation, a destination where body care is the top priority. It is open daily to all guests who can enjoy the Jacuzzi, the steam room and sauna, plunge pool and jet shower.
The therapists here are trained to the highest levels –a number of friends in Limassol visit frequently and speak highly of the Spa services. I certainly did not want to miss it this time. I went for the Full Body Relax into Dreamtime Massage (45 minutes -€80) and I remember I emerged glowing, relaxed and happy.
Elizabeth was my therapist, a professional with immaculate appearance, and a smile.
I appreciated the fact that she explained the massage procedure and provided me with lots of information about oils and creams used during the massage session . She would ask about my preferred pressure she would use at different parts of the body and she truly managed to make me feel on cloud nine and full of energy.
For guests who seek uniqueness for a special occasion, the Spa lounge can be arranged in total privacy for an exclusive Spa evening. In any case, let the professional team work out the best for your preference.
LOUNGE BAR: It overlooks the sea and the azure of the pool depending on the time of day and season, the feeling and concept out here is second to none. An elegant spot for guests to chill out in the relaxed atmosphere the year round over the sounds of Jazz or piano playing, depending on the day and time of year.
BREAKFAST: Quality variety, American buffet with ample of choice of normal and healthy options . The in house restaurant staff is very accommodating and nice.
CAPRICE: (Upscale Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist).
The restaurant happens to be among the most popular of the city and I have dined here several times in the past. On this trip and in the capacity of a Food critic once again I had a Tasting experience which readers can find on my separate review under the restaurant’s name.
IN ALL: Everything here was perfect and my short stay memorable. For business clientele or not, for a relaxing spa getaway, or beach holidays, even for dinning, you can rest assured that nothing will let you down. Whatever the reason might be, make a booking a let the rest to the professionals.
