This morning Louise and Lucia arrange for the hotel staff to come and sing for us as we were packing to leave the Chobe Safari Lodge. We are celebrating our Wedding Anniversary today and are driving to the airport to head into the heart of the Okavango Delta. We will be staying at Gunn's Camp and to get there we must fly in a little 6 seater plane for about an hour and 20 minutes. Left the hotel at 11:00AM for the airport and took off around 12:00 and got at Gunn's for 1:30.

Got to our new place and were really happy with the sleeping quarters . The tent is huge and luxurious. We have an outdoor deck facing the Okavango, a living room, bedroom and bathroom including a tub. One can hear the hippos and other wild animals but we are on a raised wooden platform. We feel really safe compared to the outdoor tents in the bush, on the forest floor.
