A hotel with all the comforts of home - Great Value for Money – Highly recommended!


 
The greatest choice in terms of Location, Hospitality, Accommodation, Service, and Value for money.

This is my 3^rd stay here and by now it has become like my 2^nd home when I am back in Larnaca.

 
FAMILY BUSINESS: A well-run business, lovely hotel supervised by friendly family members, experts in hospitality for years that will never let you down. The entire staff is very helpful and extremely polite.

 
CHECK-IN: Quick, friendly and efficient like always exactly as I expected it to be. I arrived a bit late, the owner was absent but I was escorted to the studio by the person on duty who was way too friendly and ready to help me with adaptors and internet connection. The staff throughout my stay proved very helpful in any kind of inquiry .

It does not take you long to feel at home.
 

LOCATION: Perfectly located at the City center, 5 minute walk away from the most popular beach, in a quiet neighborhood close to Saint Lazarus Church, a minute walk from the Food Market and just 2 minutes to local shopping area. I love staying here because the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle and I can definitely enjoy a good night's sleep in comfortable clean beds, away from automobiles’ noisy hooters and at the same time so centrally located and close to everything.

 
With easy access to the airport, and by taxi it is a 10 minute ride which will cost you the maximum €16.00. The other alternative is the Airport shuttle which leaves Finikoudes main bus stop every 30 minutes and costs just €1.50.

 
The hotel’s central location makes it suitable for all type of travelers .

 
 
AMBIENCE: The inviting and pleasant interior is way too welcoming, clean and well looked after that won’t disappoint you for a minute.

 
SERVICES: A 24-hour front desk service, free self-parking, free luggage storage as well as fast and free Wi-Fi. 

Heating and Air conditioning is included in the price, unlike other businesses I often come across elsewhere that charge extras for using both!

Room service, a Business Centre as well as a Fax/Photocopying and Concierge service are provided. By the lobby there are vending machines available for snacks and drinks as well.



ROOMS: Different types of bedrooms, smaller and bigger family apartments and studios for all budgets, all fully equipped with bigger or smaller balconies . Be sure to check the different types offered and find the one that fits you best.


 
STUDIO: The studio I had on this stay was #227, spacious, clean, modern and well equipped with a separate sitting room/kitchen and a bedroom with two singles at the other end of the corridor.  

The interior in general was inviting making my short stay pleasant. Sheets were bright white, and towels had a pleasant flowery smell.
 
The bathroom was small but functional, however it lacked shampoo, body lotion and a plastic cap. Instead there were just two very tiny soap bars, so have this in mind and carry your own.  
The bedroom door opened to a spacious back balcony well equipped with a plastic rotunda table and chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers.

I had complimentary 2 small bottles of water in the fridge and there was a toaster and a microwave oven on the kitchen bench as well . A dish towel, a washing liquid and a brand new sponge were also provided.  


 
DINING OUTSIDE: In the capacity of a Food Critic, I highly recommend Panos Steak House, which is close to the Fort of Larnaca by the promenade of Finikoudes. For less than €10.00 you can have an amazing lunch that includes a main dish, dessert and a soft drink. The choice and tastes are top. 

Mind you the restaurant is not just a Steak House. I bet you will be back for dinner to try more of Panos Cypriot Mezze, or other dishes. As always I am after Quality, Taste, Presentation, Ambience, Professional service and above all, Good Value for money. At Panos, you are going to get the full package.



The overall stay experience was excellent like on previous visits, so for all the above I highly recommend it.
