My staying in Larnaca all these days caused many alteration in my programme . I have already lost two important meetings but there was no way to cancel any others. The time left before flying back to Athens is so little, - just 4 days! I only realize it while on my way to Limassol this morning and after I checked my notebook. I will be running here and there for at least the next 3 days.

The Four Seasons Hotel is my choice for the first 3 nights. My Superior Sea view room is on the 6th floor overlooking the beautiful gardens and the beach, but I see it much later when I return. You see, my room is not ready so I leave everything with the luggage attendant and off I go to meet my friends who expect me for lunch. Fresh fish is the menu and the fish are caught by my friend when he went fishing in Latchi two days ago.

Not knowing the exact time for lunch and since it was still very early I decide to make a short stop to see a dear friend who happened to be in the area. It is always wonderful seeing friends, especially Cypriot friends because they mean a lot to me . We were chatting when I receive a call from Lenia telling me that I was late. Of course I did not want to let my friends waiting any longer, and my friend offers to drive me to their house soon after to save time.

We were having our afternoon coffee and chatting with my friends when I receive another call from the Hotel this time. I have to be back in an hour's time for an appointment. My friends arrange that somebody from their factory drives me back to the hotel thus saving much time.

To my surprise the luggage is still downstairs and I have 10 more minutes of delay until the person who carries my luggage explains how every single amenity in the room is used. How to set the TV, then it was the Jacuzzi, we come to the air conditioning and the door that has to be locked. Then, it was the telephone and the internet connection. Ok all these I can understand, but how to use the coffee machine I think this is ridiculous! Anyway, this shows good service and care for the guest and it is appreciated.

By the time I finish with the above, I have just time for a quick shower. Of course I am on time for my appointment thank God, but with much rush.
