Scrub pubs and hot pools.

Lightning Ridge, New South Wales, Australia
Thursday 13 July
We spent the morning visiting the other two pubs in the scrub - first Sheepyard Inn, where Rick didn't receive the happiest of welcomes when he walked in wearing his QLD jersey (no, he didn't wear it to bed), then to the Glengarry Hilton Hotel.
Back at the van we hooked up and drove on to Lightning Ridge for two nights at the caravan park across the road from the hot Artesian baths, where we headed morning and afternoon to boil our bodies in the 41 to 42 degree mineral rich waters. There's no jumping into these pools, you need to take it extremely slowly to become accustomed to the heat.
