Setting up home

Benicasim, Valencian Country, Spain and Canary Islands
We were quite tired after all our travelling, but woke up to find the nice Dutch couple opposite had already vacated their pitch, so after breakfast we wound up the legs and engaged the motor mover for the 3yd move across the road. The morning was spent putting up the awning (necessary for a sunshade), a tiring job made much easier with Hubby’s latest acquisition – screw-in pegs. It was pretty hot though, and was eventually accomplished with much liquid refreshment.

That evening we walked down to the promenade for a stroll. Its a beautiful prom, with paving
patterns, extremely clean beach and lined with plam trees. We ended up at the Voramar Hotel for coffee, where I asked for a cappuccino & was presented with a drink that looked like a Knickerbocker Glory – but it was very tasty.
