Turned out to be another glorious day and we are in our summer tops again sitting on our deck chairs watching people pack up their caravans and leave for home. Said our goodbyes to our new likeminded friends Linda and Terry, as they make their way back home down near Hove.
Nothing like sitting watching the jet vapour stream from the planes as they pass overhead creating crossword puzzles in the sky, so busy with the planes flying in different directions carrying passengers to and from destinations all over the world and we will be on one soon.
Today we are busy preparing to go home, Richard is restoring the bumpers on the motorhome with the restorer Arthur gave him and I have been on the internet checking departure dates and times to bring our flights forward. Emailed our Travel Agent in Perth to change the dates, now waiting for a reply to book a hotel in Singapore to have a three day stopover to rejuvenate the body before arriving in Perth at the ungodly hour of 11.45pm.
The day has been very relaxing and now it is evening and the weather has changed it is overcast so I hope tomorrow it is now raining for us to drive to Bickley to stay with Margo and Fred. That is all we need when we want to clean the motorhome to take it back to Faversham near Canterbury where we will complete the buyback, a cheap way to tour the UK and Ireland than hiring a motorhome.
Today is our last day at a Caravan Park, no more press button showers, getting fresh drinking water, dumping waste water or the chemical toilet dump or sleeping in a motorhome on a firm bed.
