New Market, Virginia, United States
Again, off and on rain, but felt good to be moving!  First stop for lunch, was in Wytheville, VA where we have camped before at Fort Chiswell - so we borrowed their dog park and parking lot for a lunch break.  That’s where I discovered the generator works great (had it serviced in Nov, but only turned it on occasionally to let it run) but it doesn’t power anything - microwave, TV, nothing coming on.  So lunch is fixed on the gas stove and we continue on.  Made it to New Market, VA where we found Endless Caverns Campground,  my other favorite site - caves and prisons!  Campground was beautiful, in horse farm country, plantation farmers, etc near Shenandoah Valley.  We get to our beautiful site, walk the dogs as the heavy rain begins again, return and discover the slide out will not move - tried everything to see if something was hung, it would go out about 2 inches, start turning crooked, and stop.  So we spent a very cramped night, stepping over dogs while trying to cook.  That killed any plans of going on cave tour next am since we now had Camping World on our radar!
