Left the hotel is warm sunshine and rode through the hills and rejoined the Panamerican after about 100 miles. Then a ride down to Santiago.  

The bike was booked into the dealer there for clutch replacement and oil changes and for the silencer to be sorted. Arrived about 4:30 and was met by Osvaldo who was expecting us and promised he would give us the best of service.
The clutch would take 3 to 4 days to replace so had it checked by mechanic who said it was ok so it was just oil changes and air filter clean.
This dealership was the opposite of Antofagasta it's huge and very impressive. We agreed I would be back to pick up the bike between 5 and 5:30, piled everything into a taxi and went to the hotel
