Marjorie and Craig leave today :-( it's been a wonderful 12 days with them on board, we've enjoyed having crew mates they will be missed! Not as sunny this morning some clouds in the air and it's much more humid but warm and lovely.

We will spend a leisurely morning together and make our way to the airport around 11 .  

This afternoon Bryan and I will explore we need to find a post office and laundry mat. We will get to the gym and day 2 of my swimming. Time to start eating a bit cleaner and working out hard take advantage of this gym.

We explored the Grace Bay area today, on route to airport and also on the way back to boat. It's really nice lots of little shops to explore I will definitely go back before we leave here. This area is home of all the big all inclusive resorts, Club Med, Beaches etc., I found some stamps so that's off my list. Also found an organic whole foods type market which was a big bonus, I will go there before we leave to provision the boat.

We enjoyed an hour on the beach and I swam laps again today 10 lengths for today.  

Quiet night tonight I think we will grab something from the Market Cafe here on the property there is a spinach salad calling my name :-) Well thad didn't happen really just got lazy on the boat so I made a great stir fry a vegetarian night for me. Watched a movie then lights out.
