Marsh Harbour, Out Islands, Bahamas
Good morning

I can't believe this is Wayne and Julie's last day on board El Nido, the plan today is to bug out of hear and move over to Marsh harbour marina . The winds are still there but calmer and we will travel on the inside so shouldn't be a rough ride. It's a quick taxi ride for them in the morning to their flight to Nassau where they are booked into a hotel to end their vacation.

The plan is to eat out tonight at the marina restaurant.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

After a great breakfast on board we tucked things up and started our cruise over the Marsh Harbour. Before leaving Wayne decided to have a chat with the site manager at the same time I was e-mailing them about the conditions around the place a much need talk that generated some action around the place. I received 2 e-mails from their management apologizing and hoping we would return to see their positive changes....we will see as our next visit is free :-)

We had a bit of an engine leak about 1/2 way into our cruise which produced an error so the boys investigated . The decision was made to call a mechanic who will meet us in Marsh Harbour in the afternoon so we cruised over with one engine thank goodness we have 2! The mechanic arrived and tightened things up and said we should be fine for the trip but to keep an eye on it, oh boats are so much fun. While all that was happening Julie and I enjoyed sitting by the pool bar sipping a glass of wine in the sunshine...although cooler it was nice to feel the sun.

Docking with one engine in the wind is always fun with fixed short docks but the crew managed it expertly with the assistance of the marina guy. After repairs we moved over to what will be our home for a week or so.

Our dinner was at the marina restaurant it was a very good meal tasty grouper and lobster tail. Watched a little tele Robin Williams live always good for some laughs.
