Hope Town, Out Islands, Bahamas
Good morning

Today we dedicate this day to Gerry, a man who always smiled and lived his life to the fullest!

The plan is to shuttle into town and explore the beautiful town of Hope Town . You can't come to Elbow Cay and not experience the light house and of course the coffee shop.

It's Friday so pizza night but perhaps a stop at Paul's bar for prawns to start the night. The skipper just noted that we are just past our 1/2 way point in the Bahama's oh no...not yet!

The day unfolded as planned and we fit in a swim off the beach here looking for some fish, there were rocks and some smaller grass but not a lot of fish to see. I was surprised at how warm the water was so I think things are starting to warm up. The air did get cool in the afternoon so we had to layer up for the evening but it was way warmer than they had predicted during the day which was lovely. I managed to do the lighthouse stairs 13 times which was great I'm improving, Patti did 6 and Bryan did 5 so we all had a great workout :-)

Our pizza night on board was very good followed by a fun game of dice Patti was the big winner.

Another fun day.
