Green Turtle Cay, Out Islands, Bahamas
Good morning

Looks like a great day to be on the water dead calm winds and mostly sunshine in the skys :-) Not sure were we are going to snorkel today the debate is either the wreck lots of fish or the Sandy Cay the big Eagle Ray spot so we will see how that goes . What I know for sure is it will be a great day to be cruising.

The boys are measuring the lady this morning preparing for the trip home, it will fun to cruise in the west coast we are excited.

+++++++++++++++

We ended up anchoring at Coco Bay off of Green Turtle Cay the day was filled with all the amazing things we love on the trip. We were off the docks at 8AM and our first step was to fish as we made our way towards Chub Rock. We were around 180ft and yes it finally happened we caught a fish, it was very exciting a nice Skip Jack Tuna is on the menu tonight. After the skipper dealt with the fish which included cleaning and filleting it we slowly moved on. The day was so calm that the anchorage at Chub Rock / the Wreck dive. The skipper and I dove first it was amazing my first dive just over 30feet my skill level is increasing, it was so incredible to be down with huge schools of fish and the highlight was a very very large spotted parrot fish at least 3 ft in length or more wow . Patti and Doug snorkeled and then Doug dove with Bryan it was just perfect. Patti enjoyed some quality time on the bow tanning today it was so calm and hot just perfect.

We stopped off at Green Turtle marina and got a couple of our tanks filled so we are ready for a few more dives then off to our anchorage. Once we were anchored I went for a swim to have a look at what we thought were a family of spotted eagle rays but to my disappointment they were mounts of tube coral it was rather funny. After that I did a short paddle board it was fairly choppy so most of that was on my knees but it felt good.

Our gourmet dinner of tuna, dirty rice and veggies was just perfect followed by a game of bugger your buddy...yup the skipper won.

Before bed we enjoyed some star gazing on the bow the stars were so close the sky was so clear just perfect!
