We really struck it lucky camping on deck. Trip took 30 hours form Patras to Venice. Unlike other campervans, we have no gas, but could continue to cook and heat water to wash up and shower with our diesel heater. So we had the run of the ship, ship's shower and toilets if we needed, cafe, Internet and even an afternoon sleep! Really great and the talker stalkers came in droves to chat when we set up table and chairs on deck. All really great folk, group of French vintage 2CV owners even offered to share their Greek brandy! Slept well, rocked by the boat, smooth passage most of the way. We sailed in on the second morning past the camp site we had already chosen in Venice, and easily motored there on arrival.
